崗南水庫位于平山縣西崗南村西的滹沱河干流上,是海河流域子牙河水系滹沱河中游的一座以防洪為主,兼顧工農(nóng)業(yè)、城市供水及發(fā)電等綜合利用的大(Ⅰ)型水利樞紐工程。距省會(huì)石家莊市58km,石~崗公路直通水庫,交通方便。工程位置見圖0.1。
崗南水庫壩址以上控制流域面積15900km2,設(shè)計(jì)總庫容15.71億m3,與下游28km處的黃壁莊水庫形成梯級(jí)開發(fā),實(shí)行聯(lián)合調(diào)度運(yùn)用,不僅擔(dān)負(fù)著省會(huì)石家莊市和下游鐵路、公路、華北油田及冀中平原的防洪任務(wù),同時(shí)擔(dān)負(fù)石家莊市的工業(yè)、城市生活用水以及200多萬畝農(nóng)田的灌溉任務(wù)。針對流域的自然條件和社會(huì)經(jīng)濟(jì)狀況,考慮資源的綜合開發(fā),根據(jù)流域規(guī)劃,本樞紐主要任務(wù)是防洪,其次是發(fā)電
