水閘是一種利用閘門(mén)擋水和泄水的低水頭水工建筑物,多用于河道,渠系及水庫(kù)、湖泊岸邊。

本工程根據(jù)擬定的防洪堤設(shè)計(jì)方案,將在xx溪支流匯入口處修建水閘。本次新建
的水閘的任務(wù)為防御榕江北河干流洪水,宣泄水閘上游集雨范圍內(nèi)的洪水,并且作為豐
順縣城防工程的在石湖溪這條支流上的一個(gè)封口。故當(dāng)榕江北河干流水位高過(guò)支流水位
時(shí),下閘防御干流洪水;反之,則開(kāi)閘。
新建的石湖溪水閘的最大過(guò)閘流量在100m3/s~1000m3/s 之間;
石湖溪水閘泄流標(biāo)準(zhǔn)為10 年一遇;
確定石湖溪水閘擋洪設(shè)計(jì)標(biāo)準(zhǔn)為50 年一遇。
